ABSTRACT

Polytechnic Pos Indonesia is a kind of institution  as university under the protection of education department of Bhakti Pos Indonesia. It has about 700 students in years. The exist of information system of academic  for Polytechnic Pos Indonesia students can’t prepared as a good implements although that application has used a good system. That problem has been caused by the obstacle in maximum utilization of that system. So, we need a system that can fulfill an information system with effectively and efficiently and also increase quality of service for the students. Service system of academic information for informatics engineering student manages grades data and student attendance. This system has the character of intern that means the user of this application just informatics engineering students. The application moves on a web server and can be accessed with intranet and internet. This application has the character of multiuser, so some user can access this application. This access authority user consists of administrator, lecture and students.
